The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of the Sully's Academy Courses (“Course”) and Sully's Academy (Mentorship) All content, services, and products available at or through Sully's Academy, a company owned by Sultan Adeboye (“Owner”).Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using the Course & Mentorship . By accessing or using any part of the Course, you agree to become bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, then you may not access the Course or use any services.
Course Content
1. The Course content, including but not limited to live lessons, recordings, investing and trading strategies, is for educational commentary purposes only. Neither Sully's Academy or Sultan Adeboye provides investment, legal or tax advice. The Course and Mentorship should not be construed as professional financial advice.
2. Any financial information is as of the date published or indicated and is subject to change without notice. Any forward-looking statements or forecasts are based on assumptions and actual results may vary.
Course Access
3. The Course will be available on Whop.com but could change in the future. The Mentorship can be accessed via Discord. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software and hardware to participate in the Course and Mentorship.
4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, if any, and for restricting access to your computer.
Payment & Refunds
5. The Course cost is £149 monthly and the Mentorship costing £59 monthly. Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
Intellectual Property
6. All content included in or made available through the Course & Mentorship, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Course and Mentorship, is the property of Sully's Academy and is protected by international copyright laws.
7. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from Sully's Academy
Warranty and Liability
8. Sully's Academy provides the Course & Mentorship “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. Neither Sully's Academy nor any of its suppliers and licensors makes any warranty that the Course & Mentorship will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
9. In no event will Sully's Academy, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of these Terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Miscellaneous
10. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Sully's Academy concerning the Course & Mentorship.
11. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the party’s original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
12. Sully's Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
