Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Sully's Academy Ltd, including the Precision Club membership, the P.A.C.E. Protocol Program, and the Complete Bundle.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and understood this policy in full.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any of our products or services. This applies to the £1 trial fee, monthly subscription charges, and all one-time purchases.

£1 Trial — Precision Club

The Precision Club is available to new members for an initial fee of £1.00 which grants full access to the membership for 7 days from the date of purchase.

The £1 initial fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

After the 7-day trial period, your payment method will automatically be charged £49.00 per month on a rolling basis unless you cancel before the trial expires. It is your responsibility to cancel before day 7 if you do not wish to continue.

To cancel your trial, log in to your Whop account and navigate to Profile → Orders. Cancellation must be completed before the trial end date. We are not responsible for charges that occur as a result of a failure to cancel on time.

How to cancel: Log in at whop.com → click your profile → Orders → find Precision Club → Cancel subscription. If you need assistance, contact us before your trial ends.

Monthly Membership — Precision Club

The Precision Club monthly membership is charged at £49.00 per month following the end of the trial period.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused days, or any period during which you had access to the membership regardless of whether you used it.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation your access will continue until the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current month's fee.

P.A.C.E. Protocol Program

The P.A.C.E. Protocol Program is a one-time digital purchase priced at £499.00. Upon purchase, access to all course content is granted immediately.

Given the immediate digital nature of delivery, the P.A.C.E. Protocol Program is non-refundable once access has been granted.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the course content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel under those regulations from the moment access is granted. This waiver is confirmed at checkout.

Complete Bundle

The Complete Bundle combines the P.A.C.E. Protocol Program with three months of Precision Club membership at a one-time price of £599.00.

The Complete Bundle is non-refundable once purchased and access has been granted. The same digital content waiver applicable to the P.A.C.E. Protocol Program applies to the Bundle in full.

After the included three months of membership, access to the Precision Club will continue at the standard rate of £49.00 per month unless cancelled prior to renewal.

Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is that all sales are final, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. In rare cases we may consider a refund request entirely at our discretion.

To submit a refund request you must contact us at the email address below within 7 days of your purchase, providing your full name, the email address used at checkout, the product purchased, the date of purchase, and a clear explanation of your circumstances.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Our decision is final in all cases. We will respond to all requests within 5 working days.

Circumstances that will not be considered grounds for a refund include:

  • A change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to cancel the trial before day 7
  • Not using the membership or course content during the billing period
  • Dissatisfaction with trading results or profitability
  • Technical issues caused by your own device, internet connection, or Whop account

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately terminate your access to all Sully's Academy services without notice
  • Permanently ban you from purchasing any future products or services from us
  • Contest the chargeback with your bank or card provider using records of your purchase, access logs, and acceptance of these terms
  • Pursue recovery of any amounts owed through legal means where appropriate

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before raising any dispute. The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Statutory Rights

This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer protection law. If you believe you have statutory rights that apply to your situation, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance.
