Policy
This Refund Policy applies to every purchase made through Sully's Academy Ltd. This includes all memberships and subscriptions, courses, programs, coaching, and bundles that combine any of these, at any price, whether sold at a standard price, a trial or introductory price, or as part of any promotional or limited-time offer.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and understood this policy in full.
Some products are sold as a subscription or membership with recurring billing. Where a subscription begins with a trial or introductory period, whether free, £1, or any other reduced price, that trial or introductory fee is non-refundable.
Unless you cancel before the trial or introductory period ends, your payment method is automatically charged the standard recurring price shown at checkout, and again on each renewal after that, until you cancel. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. We are not responsible for charges that occur because you did not cancel in time.
Recurring subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial periods, unused time, or any period during which you had access, regardless of whether you used it. You may cancel at any time. On cancellation your access continues until the end of the period already paid for and no further charges are made.
Some products are sold as a one-time purchase, including courses, programs, coaching, and bundles that combine any of these. All one-time purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. For a bundle this applies to the bundle in full, including any part of it you have not yet used, downloaded, scheduled, or attended.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases and services. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the content, or by your coaching being made available, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel under those regulations from the moment access is granted. This waiver is confirmed at checkout.
While our standard policy is that all sales are final, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. In rare cases we may consider a refund request entirely at our discretion.
To submit a refund request you must contact us at the email address below within 7 days of your purchase, providing your full name, the email address used at checkout, the product purchased, the date of purchase, and a clear explanation of your circumstances.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Our decision is final in all cases. We will respond to all requests within 5 working days.
Circumstances that will not be considered grounds for a refund include:
- A change of mind after purchase
- Failure to cancel a trial or subscription before its renewal date
- Not using the content, membership, or coaching you purchased
- Dissatisfaction with trading results or profitability
- Technical issues caused by your own device, internet connection, or Whop account
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately terminate your access to all Sully's Academy services without notice
- Permanently ban you from purchasing any future products or services from us
- Contest the chargeback with your bank or card provider using records of your purchase, access logs, and acceptance of these terms
- Pursue recovery of any amounts owed through legal means where appropriate
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before raising any dispute. The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer protection law. If you believe you have statutory rights that apply to your situation, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance.
