All services are delivered digitally via the Whop platform. By purchasing, you acknowledge that delivery is immediate and digital in nature.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or access any of our services. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Our services are intended for educational purposes only and are not suitable for individuals who are not in a position to accept the risk of financial loss associated with trading financial instruments.
The trial gives you full access to the Precision Club for 7 days from the date of purchase in exchange for an initial payment of £1.00.
To avoid being charged the monthly subscription fee you must cancel your membership before the end of the 7-day trial period. Cancellation must be completed via your Whop account under Profile → Orders.
Once the trial period has ended and the first monthly charge has been processed, that charge is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on membership fees under any circumstances.
The monthly subscription fee of £49.00 will continue to be charged on a rolling monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
All payments are processed securely through Whop. We do not store your payment details directly.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
For subscription products, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation. If a payment fails, Whop may attempt to retry the charge. Access to the membership may be suspended if payment cannot be collected.
For one-time purchases such as the P.A.C.E. Protocol Program, you will be charged once at the time of purchase and granted lifetime access to the purchased content.
For the £1 trial: the initial £1 payment is non-refundable. To avoid any further charges, you must cancel before the 7-day trial period ends.
For the monthly Precision Club membership: no refunds are issued on any monthly subscription charges. If you no longer wish to continue, you may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
For the P.A.C.E. Protocol Program and Complete Bundle: given the immediate digital nature of delivery, all one-time purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered entirely at our discretion. To make a request, contact us at the email address listed in Section 12 of these terms.
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
You may cancel your Precision Club membership at any time by visiting your Whop account and navigating to Profile → Orders. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further charges will be made after the current billing period ends.
We are not responsible for cancellations that are not completed through the proper Whop process. If you are unsure how to cancel, contact us and we will assist you.
